Details - As the maize flower in this masque exfoliates, reship infuses the skin with high quantities of antioxidant vitamin C. Irritated skin is then soothed by honey and zinc oxide. A perfect remedy for sensitive and oily skin.

How to use - Apply a thin layer of masque with fingertips to cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area. (Dilute with water for easier application). Leave on for 5 minutes or longer (it is recommended to place wet gauze or cotton strips over top). Steaming is possible while the masque is on. Remove with a damp face cloth.

I love this mask, even though I tend to have a pretty good amount of hydration in my skin when I tried this mask I could feel that it added the perfect amount of hydration to totally take away any dehydration in the skin that I could have formed. This is definitely my all time favorite mask that we carry here at the spa. I have pretty normal skin, and don't very often get blemishes, but this mask is perfect for me for those two reasons exactly. I can feel the mask hydrating and nourishing my skin. Mask Monday Back Again!

Happy Mask Monday Santa Barbara

This week I wanted to do something that would help add intense hydration back into my skin due to the fact that we are getting into the warmer months and the air is getting dry. Enjoy!

First I cleansed with Eminence Lemon Cleanser and Stone Crop Gel Wash, which I have previously done blogs on before and will link you to!

Following the cleanse I used our Eminence Rosehip and Maize Exfoliating Mask which helps to remove impurities while calming and soothing sensitive skin. I love this product!

After the Rosehip I went with the Eminence Coconut Cream Mask due to the fact that it adds intense hydration back into the skin also leaving my skin feeling firmed and smoothed. This is definitely one of my all time favorite Eminence Masks.

To finish everything off I used the Eminence Bamboo Firming Fluid and the Eminence Naseberry Treatment Cream. Leaving my skin feeling smoothed, hydrated, and all over radiant.

I've used this mask quite a bit now, with my skin care routine I usually mask about two or three times a week. Switching between this mask and the Stone Crop Mask also by Eminence, I am realizing how much more hydrated and soft my skin is. Where as before because my skin type is dry I was always uncomfortable due to my face feeling rough and flaking often from being so dry. Since switching to using these two masks I no longer have that problem and I enjoy walking around fresh faced with no makeup on. I highly recommend this mask.
