Consistency is key! The easiest way to achieve this is to keep it simple. Your skin care doesn't need twelve steps just four. Cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize and protect. If you have trouble making this a habit begin your routine just at night but make sure you're putting sunblock or some kind of sun protection on in the mornings. Once you've got your night routine down start doing it in the morning as well! When you stick to  a skin care routine you'' see the most benefits.

If your looking to make your skin the healthiest it can be sticking to your routine is the fastest way to make that happen. The long-term result will have you wishing you'd done way earlier.

Keeping your skin clear and happy is a thousand time easier than making it clear and happy. Once you've dealt with all the impurities you weren't happy with don't quit there! Keep things going so it doesn't come back

Raspberry Pore Refining Masque

Raspberry Pore Refining Masque 

This masque is filled with antioxidant-rich berries that come together to shrink pores and firm the skin. It's fit for all skin types and leaves your face radiant and glowing.

Upon trying this product myself for the first time, I placed a pea size amount into my hand and mixed it with water. Once applied, I relaxed for 10 minutes and enjoyed the delicious, fresh raspberry aroma as the ingredients worked their magic. Then, I rinsed, put on my night cream , and took a good look in the mirror at my completion. I was more than happily surprised with the outcome after just my first usage.


The masque is light weight and applies easily with water and at the end I could feel it was just slightly taught on my face letting me know my skin had absorbed all the berry goodness in. 

This Raspberry Pore Refining Masque is true to name. I'll gladly recommend this antioxidant rich masque for anyone with oily skin, like myself,  and I will definitely be adding it to my skincare routine. 

My skin was visibly smoother, my pores were much less noticeable than before, and a pretty glow topped it all off! Strawberry Shortcake, out. Raspberry Princess, in! That being said, Raspberry Princess, out!

Lets talk about the magic of serums! Here at Le Reve we have a handful of serums that vary in purpose, but for today I'd like to brag about two of my favorites; the Eminence Blackberry Pore Refining Serum and the Eminence Herbal Spot Serum. 






If you experience blemishes like I do, the Herbal Spot Serum is a god-sent! This natural astringent infused serum tones the skin while unclogging and tightening pores, leaving dry areas soothed and your skin looking clear and revitalized! Courtney's How to Properly Set Up a Skin Care Regiment

Having a proper skin care regiment is extremely important, but also can be confusing if you do not have the right guidance. 

The first step to a great skin care regiment would be figuring out what skin type you have. Here at Le Reve, we offer complimentary skin analysis.

The aesthetician that is analyzing your skin will determine what skin type you have and can help you pick out the appropriate products that will benefit you the most!

Once you figure out what skin type you have, you will need to pick out a cleanser. One of our best selling cleansers is our Eminence Stone Crop Cleanser.

The second step is to exfoliate your skin. A very popular exfoliant is the Eminence Strawberry Rhubarb Dermafoliant with Lactic Acid. The lactic acid helps remove dead skin cells, which helps your skin absorb product much better.

The third step is to have a great toner. Toners help shrink pores, hydrate the skin,  add a layer of protection, and help balance your skins PH level. My personal favorite toner is our Jurlique Rosewater Balancing Mist. This helps balance out the oils on your skin, and it is extremely calming.

The fourth step would be to use a serum that best fits your skins need.  Serums are absorbed and penetrated fast into your skin and will be extremely beneficial to your skin in the future. 

After you apply your serum, you need to put on a moisturizer. Moisturizers help with hydrating your skin and maintaining great elasticity. If it is day time, you will want to also add in an SPF. If it is night time, you would want to add a heavier moisturizer such as a night cream. 

You will also need an eye cream! The eye area is extremely gentle and more prone to dryness and is the quickest part of your skin that will show signs of aging.
