Fight off the cold this Winter!

It can be especially hard during this time of year to fight off sickness, what with the temperature dropping and germs spreading all around you. It's officially cold & flu season, and I'm seeing the signs everywhere. I've hardly had a conversation in the last few weeks that hasn't been interrupted by
a sudden coughing fit, either from me or someone I'm talking with. I don't think I've had a completely healthy day since the start of the new year. Apart from it being near impossible to stay healthy, it's gotten so hard to regain my health as well.  I've been researching some ways to get myself feeling better, and apart from all of the "get well quick" schemes out there, one thing has been repeated time and time again. Wash your hands! I already knew that washing your hands is so important to staying healthy, and I do wash my hands religiously. But what about the times that you can't wash your hands? When you're in class or you're out and about and there simply isn't a sink at your disposal. The obvious solution is hand sanitizer. You could easily stop by a Rite-Aid or a
CVS and pick up one of those cute bottles with the travel-case and get rid of bacteria while simultaneously destroying your skin's ability to heal itself, or you could come by le Rêve and take a look at our selection of organic hand cleansers that moisturize and heal your skin as well as fight off bacteria and sickness. I thought I'd tell you guys about Eminence's Tea Tree & Mint Hand Cleanser, simply because it smells so good and works exceptionally well. It contains Chamomile extract, Aloe Vera, Tea Tree Oil, Peppermint Oil, and Organic Grain Alcohol in the perfect mixture to cleanse the skin while leaving it healthy and moisturized. The cleanser works because each of its' ingredients serve an important role in the process of eliminating bacteria and cleansing the skin. When your hands are clean and bacteria-free, it's so much easier to stay healthy. The Chamomile in the product is a German form of the plant which contains bisabolol, an anti-bacterial and anti-fungal alcohol which doubles as a penetration enhancer and allows all of the other ingredients to delve further into your skin and work their magic. The aloe vera alone can be absorbed by seven layers of skin and breaks down enzymes to remove dead skin cells and toxins. The tea tree oil serves as an anti-fungal and anti-bacterial ingredient, and the peppermint oil is strongly antiseptic and anti-microbial. In my opinion, it's a completely essential product during this season and also throughout the years. It can be purchased by following this link or you could stop by at: 21 W. Gutierrez Street, Santa Barbara, CA to pick up your product.
