5 Skin Care Tips for Back to School
The beginning of August means school is just around the corner. You can virtually hear the sad sighs of students floating in the wind. I'm a little nervous for this year but equally as excited. Today I have some back to school tips to keep you skin as healthy as can be throughout the school year.
1. Stay hydrated! Make water your best friend. H2O is so important to stay healthy is general but it's got plenty of benefits for you skin. So keep a refillable water bottle with you from class to class.
2. Exfoliated cleanse! You've spent all summer in the sun and although that tan looks great you don't want dead skin to collect and collect. A light exfoliation and daily cleansing will keep your skin fresh and beautiful even at that dreaded 8 A.M. class. And don't forget to moisturize!
3. Get a good night's sleep! All day you walk around school wishing you could go back to bed, right? So don't skimp out when your at home actually in bed. Your skin loves sleep just as much as you do.

4. Keep everything that touches your face clean! Make-up brushes are a sure way to stress your skin out if they're dirty. So can oily/dirty hair that is constantly sticking to your forehead. Clean them regularly so all you have to worry about is a quick study sash.
5. Use good products! Be cautious of what you put n your face. Just like you wouldn't want to put false information into an essay, you don''t want to put harsh chemicals onto your face.
