Valentines day is an important holiday, there's no denying it. Pretty much everything has to be perfect or you risk losing the love of your significant other. The pressure is totally on. Once you have your gifts figured out, what's next? Deciding on what to serve for breakfast in bed, or maybe whether to go out to a fancy meal or serve one that's home-cooked and made with love? If dinner's going to be at home, there's even more pressure to make the set up everything you would get at a 5-Star restaurant and then some. Things to think about are music, lighting, silverware, dishes, the table cloth, any flowers you might want to display, and, most importantly, candles. You may not think they're important, but think about how much they add to the whole experience. With a good enough candle, you'll get romantic lighting, a bit of warmth, and an amazing scent to mix with the smell of a home-cooked meal. My absolute favorite scent is Mulled Wine, from Illume. It has a tendency to make the whole house smell like a warm, fruity cider which is, essentially what mulled wine is.
