Uses and benefits of Coconut Oil

Coconut oil has many amazing uses and benefits and they are not all just for cooking. It has beauty benefits and health benefits as well. Below is a list of some of my favorite uses and benefits of coconut oil. 

1. On my skin daily as a basic lotion. If you are like me and have naturally pretty dry skin you will love this

2. As an eye makeup remover 

3. To increase sun tolerance and avoid burning

4. As a natural SPF 4 sunscreen

5. It's high Lauric acid and MCFA contents help boost metabolism

6. A tiny dab rubbed into the hands, run hands through your hair. Reduce frizz

7.  Mix with equal parts sugar, smoothing shower body scrub

8. As and incredibly intensive natural conditioner, just put coconut all over dry hair, and leave in for several hours and then wash out

9. Natural chapstick 

10. Topically, help skin heal faster after injury
