As many of you know by now Le Reve lost a dear friend this last week. Today I just wanted to share my personal feelings on this tragedy with any of you who knew her and loved her as I did. Sunshine was such a unique individual, her spirit and caring nature was infectious and her presence was always so strongly felt when she entered a room. She was nothing short of extraordinary in the way that she cared so deeply for her friends, family and clients. She managed to brighten my day every time I worked with her as she would come say good morning to me and ask me how I was doing with a beaming smile on her face that made it nearly impossible to not be in a good mood. She truly was one of a kind, as I have yet to meet another person who had such a gracious and caring way of life. I think I can speak on behalf of everyone here at Le Reve that our workplace is missing a piece without her here. She was such a huge part of our spa family and losing her has been difficult on all of us, however, having the opportunity to have known her and worked with her on a daily basis is truly a blessing. As Lao Tzu said "The flame that burns twice as bright burns half as long" this quote could not be more true. Sunshine brightened each and every one of my days that I saw her and I know she touched many of you in much the same way. And while her physical presence may no longer be with us her beautiful spirit will continue to live in all of our fondest memories of her, and I know she is dancing in the sky smiling down on us whispering words of encouragement as we navigate through these difficult times.
