Winter is here! Tis' the season to snuggly blankets, hot cocoa, and hydrated skin! Keeping your skin vibrant and supple can be challenging with the change of season.
 Here at Le Reve Organic Spa and Boutique we know how important it is to develop a skincare regimen specific to season and keeping warm shouldn't cost the health of your skin. Using heating systems indoors, while they may keep you toasty, circulates hot dry air drawing moisture out of your skin. This can leave you with a uncomfortable tight and dry sensation on your skin or even worse cracked, flaky and inflamed skin.

Although your individual needs will be different when it comes to keeping that flawless glow during winter but one thing is for sure. Focusing only on hydration and moisturizing will leave the sun counteracting all of that hard work. Sun protection must also be a priority!
