The Wu Shu Studio is hosting ladies night on Friday nights designed to teach woman how to protect themselves! This is a mother daughter self defense class that is appropriate for children and seniors alike! What better way to spend your Friday night than bonding with loved ones while learning valuable skills you need to keep yourself and your family safe! This class starts at 5:30 and ends at 6:30 and only costs $15.00 per class. THis class is a real and effective hands on self defense course taught by a black belt martial artist. Did you know that 3 out of 4 women who defend themselves verbally and or physically prevail?! That is a fact. Learn how to protect yourself and have fun doing it!
