Labor Day Weekend Appointments!

TGIF everyone!

Labor Day weekend is upon us, and what better time to treat yourself to a relaxing afternoon at the spa! We will be open over the long weekend and still have some availability for spa services for this Saturday, Sunday and Monday! However, as usual these appointments tend to fill up quickly, so make sure you reserve yours early. For those of you who don't already know we have several means to making an appointment for all of our wonderful services. Below I will detail a guide on how to conveniently book your appointment to ease the stress to trying to fit in a same day appointment!

WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT:

- When booking an appointment you may either call our spa directly and set up an appointment through one of our wonderful spa coordinators OR you may book your appointment online!

- Online booking has become increasingly popular for our clients as you have the liberty of setting up your appointment anytime, anywhere, without having to call in. To book an online appointment go to the Le-Reve website at le-reve.com. Once on the site select the tab that says "shop online, book appointments, and purchase gift certificates", this will bring you to another page where another tab will say "Appointments" once you select that button it will bring you to a page where you can select the time and service provider that you would like for any type of appointment. Once you pick a day, time and service provider you may if you choose to pay online, or simply wait to pay until after your service is over. 

- When booking an appointment over the phone please make sure you have the following available and ready as we will need the following information to book your appointment if you are a first time client: name, phone number, service you would like, day/time preferences, and a credit card number (Visa, or Mastercard) to hold the appointment.

- Walk-ins are always welcome, however appointments will be made on an availability basis and you may have to wait or leave and return at the time of your appointment, depending on how busy we are.

- Once you have booked your appointment the spa coordinators will call you to remind you of any appointment made over the phone or online the day before your appointment to ensure you do not miss your appointment.

- In booking your appointments please be cognizant  of our 24 hour cancelation policy. This policy protects our service providers and ensures they will be paid for their time if you happen to miss your appointment. In the case of missing an appointment or canceling within the 24 hour period 50% of your services will be charged to your credit card that you provided at the time of booking. 

COMING IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT:

- Upon arrival for your appointment check in with the spa coordinator at the front desk and relax and enjoy complimentary spa water or tea while you wait for your appointment to begin.

- If you are a new client prepare to show up to your appointment 5-10 minutes early as to give enough time to fill out a new client form.

- Make sure you have either a Visa, Mastercard, check or cash with you to pay for the appointment. Gratuity can be added on to the credit card or the check but it is always preferred in cash. An appropriate gratuity amount is usually between 15-20% for every service respectively. 

- If you are coming in for a sunless tan make sure you bring dark color clothes for after your service as the tanning solution may stain light colored clothing items

- If you are coming in for a waxing, please make sure your desired waxing area has a proper amount of hair growing as to ensure a clean wax. We suggest letting hair grow to at least 1/4 inch for best results. 

- If you are coming for a massage or facial and require a shower before your service please let the spa coordinator know at time of booking as to ensure the shower is set up for you and we book the appointment at the proper time to allow for a shower before the service.

I hope these tips will help you in making your spa experience even more enjoyable and stress free! Remember we will be open this entire Labor Day weekend and still have several appointments available for massage, facials, manicures/pedicures and more!  We look forward to pampering you!
