Today I wanted to voice the importance of communication. When we are feeling like something is not right, or someone is acting a certain way towards us, then communicate in a manner that expresses your feelings not by pointing a finger at someone. To achieve this communication skill never say "you did...." always state "I felt as though...". This change in words will prevent the person from feeling attacked by getting defensive. No one can challenge your feelings because that is how you feel or felt.
Furthermore, if there is an issue that you have with someone do not jump to conclusions. Pull them aside and ask if you can speak about it with them and not to them. I want to stress the importance of communication because we all see the world and instances very differently, that is what makes us unique as humans.
Remember to express yourself, listen to others, and love your life. As far as we know, we only have one life, so do right to yourself as well as others. Be aware of what is around you and you may see a different view from someone else's perspective. Do not think someone was ignoring you, think oh they must have been deep in thought or maybe something is going on in their life that they may be distracted. Do not act like you are the king or queen, for we are all human and equal. If you want something voice it. Love your voice. Avoid being passive aggressive. Do not blame others. Be accountable for yourself. Make people feel comfortable. Be comfortable with yourself.
